The two identical chalets are a ten-minute walk away from the beach and are carefully positioned to view the Bay of Skaill and surrounding farmland.
The sounds of sea and birds are always present. Each chalet consists of living room, one double bedroom, one twin bedroom, bathroom with shower and kitchen diner.
Outside there is paved parking space, drying area for washing and a small garden. In kitchen, bedrooms and hall there is generous storage space and all the rooms have large double glazed windows, giving a general feeling of space and light.
Each chalet has TV and contains all the household equipment which would be found in the average home; cooker, microwave, coffee maker, washer/dryer, fridge, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, as well as ample crockery, cutlery, pots, pans and kitchen utensils.
The electric heating arrangements are entirely flexible and easy to control. There is a meter, which takes £1 coins.
The "Cosy Cottage" for two adjoining the farmhouse enjoys similar views.
